Formats and Fees

1. Consultancy Services

Diagnostic and implementation services are charged at the standard day rate as specified in 6 (below).

2. Introductory Workshops

These may be half- or whole- day (3 or 6 hours). Alternatively shorter sessions are possible. The ideal maximum size for a group is about 15 people to enable full participation. If groups are larger the workshops become more like lecture/demonstrations with less participation possible.

3. Follow-up Workshops

The objectives of these are to take the knowledge and skills of the introductory workshops to a higher level. They will be based on participants' experience in attempting to apply self-management to their work and lives.

4. Follow-up one-to-one Work

Often the most effective work is done one-to-one with the trainer on an individual basis in either a group or individual setting. The skills of self-management need continuous application to become truly effective. However benefits may be obtained from achieving the objectives of the introductory workshops.

5. Variations

The system is highly flexible and can be tailored to the needs of any company or department.

Effectiveness is increased (1) through the mutual support achieved when a large proportion of employees in an area are participating in the programme and (2) when there are regular follow-ups.

Ultimately the support and participation of all levels of management in a programme enables newly learnt patterns of behaviour to become the norm.

6. Fees

Basic day rate: £800.

Half day rate: £400.

One to one coaching: £80 per hour.

These fees do not include travel and accommodation.
